Turn a longer text into a clear visual, then deliberately check and edit the AI's result.
Napkin AI helps present a complex text, process or idea in a clear, visual form — especially useful when you want to explain something more easily, make a long text more transparent, create a visual for a presentation or learning material, or quickly produce a visually interpretable summary. In this exercise you turn a text about "Safe AI use at the workplace" containing ten rules into an infographic: you learn to check whether the AI left out an important rule, how to edit titles, icons and colors, and how to export the finished visual as PNG or PDF.
In this exercise you will learn: how to create visual content from text; how to structure a longer text into visual elements; how to check whether the AI left out important information; how to edit the AI-generated visual; how to change titles, subtitles, icons and colors; how to export the infographic; and how to recognize when the AI oversimplified the content.
Suggested schedule: sign-in, new document and pasting the source text: 10-15 minutes; generating the visual and checking the content: 15-20 minutes; text fixes and personalization: 10-15 minutes; export, screenshots and submission: 10 minutes.

By the end of the exercise you will have: a created Napkin document; a one- or two-panel visual infographic about safe AI use; an exported image or PDF; and a short evaluation of what the AI helped with and where it made mistakes.
