1. The service

This website is operated by Pócs Zsombor egyéni vállalkozó. The service is free and educational: it helps you learn AI-powered tools in practice, in Hungarian and English, and presents curated AI news.

The service is under development. We do not undertake to keep it continuously available, and we may modify or discontinue it at any time.

2. Your account

• To reach protected content you must register with a valid e-mail address and confirm it.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret. Report any sign of misuse to the contact address.
• One account per person. You may not register on someone else's behalf.
• You may delete your account at any time by writing to the contact address.

3. Acceptable use

While using the service you may not:

• circumvent or test the security measures without permission,
• issue automated bulk requests that impair normal operation,
• attempt to access other users' data,
• submit unlawful, offensive or harassing content through the feedback form,
• reuse the content commercially without prior written permission.

We may suspend or delete your account if you breach these terms.

4. Third-party tools

The exercises demonstrate external AI tools. We do not operate them: their own terms and privacy policies apply and may change at any time. Before uploading anything to such a tool, check its own policy — especially for workplace or personal data.

We accept no liability for the use of external tools, the content they produce, or any consequences arising from them.

5. Content and copyright

The educational materials, exercises and descriptions on this site are the operator's intellectual property. You may use them freely for personal learning; reproduction, distribution or reuse for teaching requires prior written permission.

Headlines, summaries and images in the news feed belong to the sources referenced. Summaries are generated automatically, are informational only, and always appear with a link to the original source.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". The educational content is general information and does not constitute professional, legal or business advice. Output produced by artificial intelligence can be wrong — always verify it before relying on it.

To the extent permitted by law we accept no liability for indirect damage arising from the use of the service. This limitation does not affect liability for damage caused intentionally, or for breaches that harm life, physical integrity or health.

7. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy notice, which forms an inseparable part of these terms.

8. Changes and governing law

We may amend these terms; the version in force is always available on this page with the effective date shown above. For material changes we notify you after sign-in.

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes are resolved primarily by negotiation; failing that, the competent Hungarian court has jurisdiction.
