Clean a fictional SwiftBox dataset, verify the calculations, then create two charts and an evidence-based executive summary.
Julius AI is an AI assistant specialized in data analysis, calculations and data visualization: you can chat with uploaded tables in natural language while the system writes and runs code for the analyses. In this exercise you analyze a fictional logistics dataset (swiftbox_kiszallitasok_2025.csv): you map its structure, find the missing and duplicate data, clean it in a documented way, compute new metrics, create two decision-support charts, and write a verified executive summary. The goal is not to blindly accept the AI's results but to build a verifiable analysis workflow.
In this exercise you will learn: how to map a CSV structure; how to recognize missing and duplicate data; how to clean the dataset in a documented way; how to compute new metrics; how to create proper charts; how to verify the AI's calculations with manual control values; and how to write a short, evidence-based executive summary.
Suggested schedule: understanding the data, upload and first verification: 15-20 minutes; cleaning and its verification: 20-25 minutes; metrics, aggregations and control values: 20-25 minutes; charts, audit and executive summary: 25-35 minutes; export, deletion and submission: 10-15 minutes.
Tip: The motto of this exercise: ASK. CLEAN. VERIFY. DECIDE. — the four stages of the flow: 01 Data → 02 Cleaning → 03 Analysis → 04 Decision.
By the end of the exercise you will have: a data-quality audit log; a cleaned data table with documentation; three new computed metrics; two decision-support charts; a verification table with manually entered control values; an executive summary of at most 180 words; and a short reflection on the reliability of AI-supported data analysis.
