Create an eight-slide, presentable deck from a verified source text — tailored to an audience.
Gamma is an AI-based content-creation tool with which you can create presentations, documents, websites, social media content and visual material. In this exercise you create an eight-slide presentation from a longer, pre-written source text about the fictional Digitális Segítőpont community program: you give precise instructions for the structure, choose an audience and a visual style, check the AI's content, recognize invented claims, fix the text and the layout, replace an image, write speaker notes, try the presentation view, and then share and export the result.
In this exercise you will learn: how to give precise instructions for the structure of a presentation; how to choose an audience and a visual style; how to check AI-generated content; how to recognize invented or inaccurate claims; how to fix text and layout; how to replace an image and a presentation template; how to write speaker notes; how to try the presentation view; and how to share and export the result.
Suggested schedule: preparation, audience and visual direction: 10-15 minutes; generation and outline check: 20-25 minutes; content and visual fixes: 30-40 minutes; speaker notes and presentation rehearsal: 15-20 minutes; sharing, export and submission: 15-20 minutes.
Tip: The motto of this exercise: PLAN. GENERATE. CHECK. PRESENT. — the four stages of the flow: 01 Brief (goal and audience) → 02 Outline (an 8-slide story) → 03 Editing (text, image, notes) → 04 Handover (link, PDF and PPTX).
By the end of the exercise you will have your own presentable and downloadable eight-slide presentation about Digitális Segítőpont.
