   Suggested schedule: preparation and privacy check: 10-15 minutes; uploading and processing the audio: 10-20 minutes; verifying the transcript: 25-30 minutes; checking the summary, decisions and action items: 20-25 minutes; your own minutes, submissions and reflection: 20-30 minutes.
